Rabbi Daniel Channen, shlita, from Yeshiva Pirchei Shoshanim has given shiurim to hundreds of students both on a private level and as part of a wider range of Semicha programs. Many of his students have chosen to pursue Semicha (Rabbinic ordination).
For many years Rabbi Channen was a prolific artist and writer authoring books that explored difficult sections of the Talmud – his latest works have received worldwide attention and interest. Rabbi Channen has gained an international reputation as a thorough and dynamic teacher with a unique gift in helping students understand very difficult concepts. For the past 17 years, Rabbi Channen has served as a guide for halachic decisions (“moreh hora’ah”) relating to kashrut in his community.
