He also represents clients in complex litigation and arbitration in Israel and abroad. Zalli has dozens of years of experience in commercial arbitration as well as in rabbinic (Beit Din) litigation. Mr Jaffe is a sought after receiver and liquidator, representing domestic and foreign creditors in bankruptcy matters. Over the past years, Zalli has also developed an expertise in the investigation and adjudication of commercial frauds both in Israel and abroad, working in tandem with forensic accountants and other professionals in the process of asset recovery.
Mr Jaffe serves as Vice President of the Jerusalem Great Synagogue and is a Board Member of Magen LaCholeh, a medical advisory and referral organization. Zalli is deeply involved in public advocacy for religious and social welfare causes and is a regular contributor to Israeli newspapers and other publications.
Mr Jaffe is in Australia on business. We graciously thank his Melbourne hosts for facilitating this event.
Thank you to Deutsche Bank for hosting and for sponsoring lunch.
